Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue at : mogul76@nopennydreamclothing.store
Size & Color Exchanges We do not accept returns due to incorrect sizes ordered by the customer. Please refer to our size guide carefully before purchasing. All sales are considered final once an order is placed and sent to production.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Reported within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items without original tags
Refunds vs. Store Credit Approved returns will receive store credit valid for 90 days. Refunds to the original payment method are only issued for defective or incorrect items.
Chargebacks We encourage customers to contact us before filing a chargeback. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.
