Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be printed, quality checked, and prepared for shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Carriers We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and order size. Carrier selection is at our discretion.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages  No penny dream clothing" is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors and around your property
  • Contact your local post office or carrier
  • Reach out to us at mogul76@nopennydreamclothing.store and we will do our best to assist you

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Address Accuracy You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. No penny dream clothing"  not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at mogul76@nopennydreamclothing.store — we can only make changes before the order enters production.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

10. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. Reshipping fees may apply.

11. Holiday Shipping During peak holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
